Our A+ Senior Care team consists of dynamic, warmhearted individuals who love working with seniors. From these special relationships, we gain wisdom and a deep sense of satisfaction. Owners Karlyn Williams and Gail Jones have many years of home healthcare experience and are compelled by their passion to provide your loved one with the highest quality of care.
All of our senior clients command our respect, patience and affection. And, all of our Caregivers are reliable, thoughtful and well-trained regarding in-home care issues. To achieve quality care, we collaborate with others and pull in all available resources as needed. At A+ Senior Care, education and supervision of our Caregivers is ongoing and timely.
Above all, we stay focused on your loved one’s lifestyle preferences and respond quickly to any expressed concerns. Because we value accountability, we are always available daily and at anytime to answer your questions. Our mission is to dedicate each day to caring for our senior clients with nothing less than A+ service.
Our Caregivers are direct employees, not outsourced workers. Our hiring process is quite lengthy – each Caregiver is insured, bonded and thoroughly screened for any criminal history. They are also covered by workers’ compensation insurance and unemployment benefits. Additionally, our Caregivers are regularly monitored with supervisory visits at our clients’ homes. All Certified Home Health Aides are supervised by a Registered Nurse who implements the comprehensive Care Assessment plan.
We train and expect our Caregivers to be professional and dependable at all times while offering compassionate care for their clients. Because both clients and Caregivers are unique people, we completely assess compatibility within each client/Caregiver relationship. And, either Karlyn or I will introduce you to your loved one’s selected Caregiver to build rapport and gain trust as quickly as possible.
